This is an attempt to build a colorful Caracas By night for the new World of Darkness game; also with connections to Vampire the requiem, Werewolf the forsaken, Mage the Awakening, Promethean the created and the comming Changelling the lost. Hope it works for your cronicle or being a recreative lecture, maybe your party could visit the city and affront the affairs... but don´t be so rude... because caracas is more rude and maybe you couldn´t get out never.
